Participation is strictly voluntary, with informed consent obtained in accordance with approved protocols, and individuals may decline or withdraw at any time without penalty. The lab operates through an interactive research model, with study concepts and investigative direction developed by Kevin Waldman, Principal Investigator, who has completed all required certifications and training necessary to conduct human subjects research in accordance with federal and institutional standards.
All studies, survey instruments, and datasets produced by psychFORM are the intellectual property of psychFORM, LLC, and are protected under United States Copyright Act of 1976 (17 U.S.C. §101 et seq.), the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. §1201 et seq.), and applicable international intellectual property treaties, including the Berne Convention for the Protection of Literary and Artistic Works.
