All research conducted by psychFORM is performed in compliance with applicable federal regulations governing human subjects research and under Institutional Review Board (IRB) oversight or determination, as appropriate. Participation is strictly voluntary, with informed consent obtained in accordance with approved protocols, and individuals may decline or withdraw at any time without penalty. The lab operates through an interactive research model, with study concepts and investigative direction developed by Kevin Waldman, Principal Investigator, who has completed all required certifications and training necessary to conduct human subjects research in accordance with federal and institutional standards.

    Analyzing how chronic self-censorship, socially reinforced misperception, and authoritarian group dynamics in higher education and society recalibrate cognitive processes, alter stress responses, and entrench maladaptive developmental patterns.
